Leading the Integration and Central Platforms team to deliver the complex integration solution in a Green Field landscape, taking it through the launch phase of Jio, scaling and stabilizing the solution to handle 350m plus customers. Solution components involved Backend APIs / microservices, Orchestration, BPM / workflow implementation, Streaming events / Complex Events processing and In Memory Data Grid. Accomplishments include: • Delivering the integration solution initially in the TIBCO stack (TIBCO BW, EMS, Solace, AMX BPM, Business Events, ActiveSpace and AMX Service Gateway) to cater to all critical journeys in Jio like (Order to Activation, Usage to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Sales & Distribution, Real Time Campaign Management across Mobility and Fiber customers both Retail and Enterprise• Performance tuning, scaling and stabilizing the solution to handle unprecedented transaction volumes to cater to 350M plus customers• Transformed the team from a 98% vendor resources to 95% in house resources including induction and ramping up of several freshers batch• Migration of the solution implemented to an open source stack by building a DigitalAPI framework using SpringBoot, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark and Istio service mesh. This open source stack solution was deployed on a cloud native environment using Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes with monitoring implemented using Prometheus and Grafana. Also implemented a CI / CD solution using GIT Lab, Jenkins, Maven, sonarqube and SOAP UI based testing framework.• Successfully motivated the team that was used to development using a Graphical UI based drag and drop development on TIBCO stack to learn and develop the solution using open source stack and a coding language like Java SpringBoot

Head the Delivery, Operations, Competency Development and Pre-sales of the Enterprise Integration Practice at L&T Infotech. Focus area for the practice involves all market leading Integration and BPM products such as TIBCO, Microsoft Biztalk, webMethods, IBM webSphere stack and also some niche BPM products such as Pega, Savvion etc. Practice also focuses on B2B integration products such as GIS, Axway and Seeburger.

I am responsible for running a Portfolio of Services in the BPM, EAI and SOA space in Microsoft and Oracle Technologies. Besides this I also manage the B2B integration service offering focusing on products like Sterling GIS, Axway and SeeBurger. I am responsible for the P&L of this portfolio and my accountability include Core Delivery and Operations Management, Customer relationship management, Alliance Management, Competency Development and People Management.
