I have a multi-faceted role of Purchasing & Inventory Control for FOSS (NZ business) and Accounts Receivables (Australia & NZ). My key responsibilities:• Managing end to end Purchasing and Sales Processing in SAP R/3 including, Inventory/Warehousing, GR/IR and Invoice processing • Coordination and communication with other divisions such as Sales, Engineering Service, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure timely delivery and service• Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order processing in SAP to source instruments from FOSS Denmark (Headquarters) and spare parts for Preventative maintenance of instruments • Material Requirements Planning • Inventory Management, Managing Third Party Logistics (Geodis) warehouse in New Zealand including annual stocktakes• Sales Order processing for instruments and consumables involving configuring the Sales Order using Bill Of Materials• DIFOTIS (Delivery in Full on Time In Spec)

• Sales order processing for overseas customers• Co-ordination to monitor with the shipping companies for dispatch of export orders • Monitoring stock levels and ATP (Available To Promise) checks.

• Implementation of customer agreement terms (pricing, rebates, promotional support and amortizations)• Verification and processing of customer claims, reconciliations, ensuring data integrity and reporting to the Commercial management team.• Insightful analysis and reporting on customer financials. • Manage two NSW (state) accounts : Franklins and Foodworks.

• Reconciliation of inter-company accounts for the reporting of management and group information. • Compilation of claims for different BP terminals in liaison with relevant stakeholders within BP and externally.

• Reconciliation functions in the Financial Operations division of Citigroup.• Compiling statements of Duties and Taxes for Citigroup, requiring follow up with various parties to enable timely and accurate payments to Australian Taxation Office.

Card Services : • Handling authorizations for local and international cards• Attending to Customer Queries on telephones • Maintenance and Reconciliation of accounts related to International Visa Cards used by Cardholders in India• Settlement of chargebacks with International Banks and correspondence in this regard Front Office:• Handling Customer Queries • Standing order instructions• Telegraphic Fund Transfer
