I am a results driven and people orientated executive with 10+ years’ experience in general, category, sales, system technology and operations management within the ICT sector.One of my core professional strengths stems from my unique analytical abilities and hands-on approach to be able to identify, break down and analyse business risks, complex tasks, business processes and system inefficiencies. Through detailed gap analysis, either corrective actions are put in place to address problem areas or from an opportunity point of view, general improvements in business processes and decision-making tools are made, aided by the advances in relevant technology as part of a good digitisation strategy. A key focus for me is to ensure that changes in process or the introduction of new technology platforms are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders with user acceptance and adoption equally as important as the proposed changes itself.
