India is in the infancy stage of R&D and Innovation, and in this path, the entire ecosystem of institute-industry and research linkage is being developed. IIRA has the unique position and experience of having extensive contacts as well as insight into this area and hence are best equipped to support this process. We are advisors to leading institutions such as the Fraunhofer, the German Govt for Research and technology and many private companies.FocusFacilitate collaborative research, and identify opportunities for contract research. In all our initiatives we strongly support alliances with technology partners worldwide: through networking and cooperation. In this regard, we help to connect Indian companies and research institutions with their counterparts worldwide. An important pillar of our work is the planning, conceptualizing and support in implementation of Technology Ecosystems, such as forging Institute – Industry Linkages.

was the Head of the International Technology Cooperation Network in India,sponsored by the Federal Minsitry of Economics and Labour, Govt of Germany. The aim was to support transnational applied research partnerships between Germany and 15 other countries in the world including India. My work resulted in more than 40 collaborations between Indian and German Indsutry and Research Institutions.

Started as Programme Officer responsible for Environment & energy Projects and was promoted to beign Deputy Head of GTZ in India responsible for the Strategy and Partnership Building and driving the Institutional partnerships of the GTZ in India

Worked in the Trade Firs Division and was responsible for the communication instruments and roadshows of Indsutry Captains promoting India Inc post the Economic Reform.later was in the International Division on teh German Desk
