This was a newly created position, and my task was twofold: first, to build a proficient Programs team, and second, to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with over 20 dedicated team members, to steer complex digital initiatives and ensure that our operations ran seamlessly.

This role demanded a high level of engagement across the entire organization, often reaching C-suite levels.Working collaboratively with teams at all levels, I fostered a culture of performance excellence and data-driven decision-making. We significantly enhanced our network's operational efficiency, leading to a remarkable 3% improvement in OTP.
