• Manage key government projects like SSP, RSBY, Financial Inclusion for various banks viz. UBI, PNB, SBI, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC, Corporation Bank, OBC etc.• Managed a network of over 2000 CSP and 300 team members.• Proactively involve in disbursement of government pension schemes of over INR 100 Cr per month • Rolling-out products and services through CSPs viz. Insurance, NPS, Gold Loan, FinoSewa (Recharge, PAN etc.)• Cash Management and reconciliation with internal as well as external stakeholders• Liaison with the various stakeholders of the projects like State Government and its various agencies and departments, Banks etc. for the purpose of the projects• Ensure improvement in Project Health Index (PHI) of all ongoing projects
