As a co-founder, I developed a business plan for the startup including legal, business and technical development. I also pitched to potential investors and collaborated with engineers, designers and others to move the business forward. My responsibilities ranged from marketing to financial planning to engineering design work and prototype manufacturing oversight.EscaWheel is a wheelchair accessibility device that changes the way that wheelchair-bound individuals navigate stairs in their own home. By offering a minimally invasive and cost effective device, EscaWheel aims to free wheelchair bound people from the restrictions of stairlifts and platform lifts.

Worked as a Business Analyst and Functional Lead on various phases of replatforming projects including requirement gathering and definition, development, testing, launch and post-launch support. My project experience includes: - Global rollout of a multi-lingual, multi-currency, multi-country B2C retail brand for which I developed and executed test cases for commerce and various integration points.- eCommerce strategy and solution design for a mid-size B2C flooring manufacturer- End-to-end eCommerce implementation for a leading national mattress manufacturerI have also worked with other retail brands on roadmapping and eCommerce strategy, as well as requirements definition and solution design for B2C clients.Additionally, I have led QA teams to assess the overall and specific code health and quality of the project.

Worked with plant management from Rockford and Elkhart, IN, as well as PCC corporate employees, to facilitate the closing of the Rockford location and the move to the Elkhart facilityDeveloped a preventive maintenance plan and associated documentation for an aging factory and installed and implemented a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including the training of management, supervisors and operators.Learned the foundations of lean manufacturing with a focus on preventive maintenance and 5S techniques
