With nearly 6 years of experience in Quality Control and Project Management across various engineering domains, I have developed extensive knowledge in these fields. Currently, I am a Senior Project Engineer, responsible for managing and coordinating Mandarin-speaking Chinese suppliers based in China. My role involves overseeing Quality Management Systems, including PPAP, APQP, Line Tours, 8D, Component Audits, and Onsite Audit Activities.In addition to these responsibilities, I translate quality guidelines and specifications and provide simultaneous interpretation of Chinese suppliers' views to project team stakeholders in an agile environment. My work spans various products, including lighting products, injection molding parts, and die-casting parts for esteemed customers like Signify. I have also embarked on advanced audit management of VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 (2016) as a pilot program.In my current role, I had the opportunity to revalidate the brake pads of ZF Automobiles, supporting Chinese suppliers for their annual PPAP revalidation. Previously, I worked with ABB, a Swiss GIS manufacturing giant, as a Project Specialist, where I supported Chinese Project Managers in managing and controlling Electrical GIS in the APAC region. I also taught basic Chinese culture to the entire ABB Indian Operations Center in Chennai, which was well-received by various department managers.Before ABB, I worked with Huawei as a Solution Manager in the Intelligent Computing Team, collaborating with Huawei R&D in Shenzhen and gaining valuable experience with Huawei servers. My career began at Gupta Power Infrastructure Limited in Bhubaneswar, where I worked in the Overhead Line Conductors Manufacturing Quality team, handling export product queries and tender queries related to conductors.I am passionate about continuous improvement and eager to take on new challenges that allow me to grow and contribute to the engineering and quality management fields.
