Being employee number one, and working as core member of the management team, alongside the CEO of a travel business, worked toward making via India’s largest B2B Travel Portal. Role involved: Managing business verticals, developing new product line, developing distribution and sales channels, handling large operation and sales team, and rolled out Via’s flagship stores across the country.

Assigned to handle 55 top corporate clients out of 1,000 Blue chip companies in India. Single point of contact for all client communication and clients’ issues handling, ensuring the service level is always 100%. Drove sales by building relationships. Coordinated between the front end and the service team, and with the external sales agencies. Assisted the account manager in determining the new rate plan.

Handled inbound calls, sold AT&T residential local and long distance services. Acted as ‘in-team’ leader. Pulled daily reports, conducted team briefings, set sales targets for team members. Helped the team to achieve targets by motivating each member and contributing qualitative outputs.
