Junior Business Analyst - Digital Workplace
CurrentStakeholder Collaboration: o Engage with various business and technology stakeholders, including Architecture, Design, Service Management, InfoSec, Procurement, Publishing Houses, Brand, Strategic Projects, Business Change, Enterprise Architects, SLT, and PRH sister locations.Process Improvement: o Define current and future processes to enhance team collaboration as part of the "ways of working" service.Application Onboarding: o Respond to requests, gather and translate business requirements. o Collaborate with the Digital Workplace Designer to document solutions. o Chair weekly Application Approval Group (AAG) meetings. o Provide weekly status reports in ServiceNow, escalate issues as needed. o Oversee application transitions from mergers and acquisitions. o Engage stakeholders for smooth application transition. o Assist Service Introduction with necessary documentation for implementation and support.Application Management: o Administer and manage platforms like Monday.com, Lucid Suite, and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Trello). o Address incidents and ensure applications are maintained, health-checked, licensed, compliant, and aligned with business needs.Shadow IT Monitoring: o Monitor and understand use cases for non-approved applications. o Onboard, transition users to approved applications, or develop suitable approaches with the Digital Workplace Designer.Digital Toolkit Adoption: o Ensure the continual adoption and benefit realisation of the Digital Toolkit. o Ensure its relevance by consistently adding newly transitioned apps.Relationship Building: o Build strong relationships with stakeholders through Communities of Practice. o Advocate for agile and smarter ways of working.Roadmap Projects: o Assist with Digital Workplace roadmap projects, including Monday.com onboarding, transition to the enterprise Atlassian suite, Monday.com off-boarding, and Lucid Suite integration.
