 Monitoring, updating & analysis of progress right from the field. Organize the works and site facilities in order to meet agreed milestones. Review & issue site design changes and as-built documents. Assess actual progress versus planned progress to determine trends and variances. Co-ordination with Internal teams, site staff in charge for all activities. Maintains the Work Permits register for the Permits issued in various areas.
