• Employee #1; Developed an FDA-cleared MSK Telerehab solution for orthopedic physical therapy. It uses 3-D markerless motion technology for value-based care paradigms and is sold to orthopedic groups, self-insured employers, health plans, veteran entities, and health systems.*Executive team member and provided the clinical vision, leadership, and expertise for the organization, including strategic direction and product innovation/design; • Managed the product and clinical implementation/customer success teams to create a hardware product that used AI algorithms to provide a patient-centric, data-driven, value-based tech-enabled service with growth of 50% YoY* Successfully managed a nationally recognized clinical research institute for a multi-million dollar, multi-centered RCT.
