Directora Técnica de Contrato (DTC) del proyecto vSOC Provincial, a través del cual se provee de un servicio de seguridad gestionada 24x7 a través de un Centro Virtual de Operaciones de Seguridad provincial (vSOC) para la Diputación de Málaga, el Patronato de Recaudación Provincial, el Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos de Málaga, y los Ayuntamientos de menos de 20.000 habitantes, acogidos al programa “Asistencia en el cumplimiento y adecuación de la normativa en materia de protección de datos y seguridad de la información”, del Plan provincial de asistencia y cooperación del ejercicio 2022.Coordinación del equipo humano del proyecto formado por expertos de diferentes áreas (auditores, analistas SOC, analistas forenses, técnicos de sistemas, etc.), toma de decisiones, definición de protocolos de ciberseguridad para prevención y respuesta ante incidentes en las entidades.

Coordinación del proyecto Pinkerton: un servicio para la realización de un estudio sobre la ciberseguridad y confianza del ciudadano en la red. Los resultados del proyecto son informes donde se contrasta la opinión de los ciudadanos que participan en el estudio con lo que cuentan sus dispositivos digitales (equipos PC o dispositivos móviles Android). Los informes pueden consultarse en el observatorio de ciberseguridad - ObservaCIBER - https://observaciber.es. De hecho, los primeros artículos publicados en ObservaCIBER fueron resultados de este proyecto.
