Key responsibilities:Providing full service and coordination to the clients.Primary point of contact with the client's marketing team on a daily basis.Creating annual brand strategy proposals as well as tactical brand plans and presenting them to clients.Meeting financial objectives through the preparation of a yearly budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing of variances and the initiation of corrective measures.Responsible for yearly supervision of client’s budgets and cost allocation.Supervision of the creative process and delivery on targets.Analyzing and compiling market research data in pursuit of insights regarding overall market trends, consumer behavior and key competitors’ activities.Reporting to the central agency hub for network clients, in terms of clients’ activities in the market, market insights, results and post-buy reports and analyses.Collaborating closely with the production houses and other vendors to ensure a fully integrated communication approach and budget optimization.Supervising A/V and print production processes, from production brief, approval of material to client handover. Scheduling and assigning account and production team with tasks on daily basis and following up on work results.Participation in special initiatives and proposals for both international and domestic corporate clients.Employee selection, orientation and training.Digital responsibilities:Supervising creation of social media digital strategy on yearly and campaign level.Contributing in teams for global and local pitches regarding digital strategy.Campaign supervision on Facebook, Instagram twitter, LinkedIn.Key clients over the years:The Coca-Cola Company, Molson Coors, Henkel, McDonald's, Delhaize, Michelin, Argeta, Nissan, JTI, Beiersdorf, Mars, Banca Intesa, Dunav Insurance Company, Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund
