Strategically integrated decentralized COVIDIEN ( TYCO Healthcare ) MIS, surgical access, navigation, electrosurgery, implant and wound closure technology platforms into a cohesive operative suite portfolio to compete more effectively with JOHNSON & JOHNSON, MEDTRONIC and STRYKER within Centers of Excellence ( COE ) and with KOLs.Due to a rapidly expanding strategic portfolio, key alliances and continued growth, the Spine business unit of COVIDIEN | US SURGICAL regained market share and was ultimately acquired by STRYKER SPINE.Headed up department consisting of 15 reports (Product & Field Marketing Directors, Professional Education and Meeting & Exhibition Managers) to integrate Marketing and BD&L functions.
