As a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in the agriculture industry, I am driven by the mission of enhancing productivity and profitability for farmers and agribusinesses. I currently serve as the Country Lead at ICL Group, a global leader in specialty fertilizers and plant nutrition solutions, where I oversee the implementation and execution of the company's strategy, vision, and values in India.My core competencies include new business development, key account management, market research, and product innovation. I have successfully introduced and established new concepts, products, and brands in the Indian market, such as water-soluble fertilizers, micro-irrigation systems, and crop protection products, generating multiple new revenue streams and customer segments for ICL. I have also leveraged my technical, agronomic, and economic expertise as a certified crop advisor and an engineer to deliver value-added solutions that meet the diverse and evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders. Additionally, I have contributed to the development and growth of ICL's global network and partnerships, as a member of the advisory committee of the Center for Fertilization and Plant Nutrition (CFPN).
