I am heading the rail infrastructure projects from the conception till commissioning in Ahmedabad area of Indian railway. In a short span of 6 months, headed the commissioning team of various doubling projects and successfully opened 46km of new railway line ( Vadnagar Varetha BG 21 km and Dhanala Wadharwa of Viramgam Samakhyali section 25km in year 2020-2021.In 2022-23, 1. Commissioning and opening of 43km of new line out of which 30km was of Doubling connecting the existing railway yard. 2. Major yard remodelling of Mehsana yard where electronic interlocking of 384 route was done and also 9 new lines were laid with 62 new points and crossing. 3. Connectivity and yard remodelling of Sanand and Goraghuma yard of IR the which facillitated the DFCCIL connectivity to IR network.Above all works have been completed in stiff timeline which added the line capacity and also is generating freight through DFCCIL new route. 16km of Doubling has been commissioned in between Ahmedabad Mehsana section. Vadodara

Was responsible for the maintenance of the track structure, bridges, railway stations, railway colonies, level crossings and land on Group A route of Indian railways. The jurisdiction was 370km long section having line capacity of 170 percent and handling about 510 trains daily. I was responsible for the welfare of the staff of around 1200 working under me.Executed the deep screening works of turnouts with BCM(Ballast Cleaning Machine)by innovative method of slewing the adjacent main line track, first time done in Indian RailwaysImproved throughput by removing the operational bottleneck of Bharuch yard where 3rd line not fit for container wagon due to sharp curvature and it was hampering the freight earnings of the division. The work was done with track machine and yard remodelling.Constructed many service buildings and staff quarters. Solid state interlocking buildings at 5 stations, 44 numbers of Type 2 quarters for the staff. These all were commissioned too.Introduced the Mobile Flash Butt welding through contract and reduced the number of fatigue and poor welds. Executed secondary rail renewal of about 30km and through weld renewal of 60km in short span of 6 months.Executed successfully more than 100 km Deep screening with BCM machines, Through rail renewal, Complete track renewal with PQRS machines.

Godhra Area, India

Was heading the maintenance activities of track,bridges,buildings of railways between godhra till baroda ,75km strech on mumbai delhi group A rajdhani route.major work of yard remodelling of godhra was completed in record short time which resulted into relaxation of PSR OF 15 kmph on mail line to 50kmph and drastical reduction in derailment numbers in godhra yard .
