• Ensure growth in business through sales & business development strategies and increase mindshare and visibility with advisors and clients.• Leading the branch from front with team of RM’s and operations to run branch efficiently.• Responsible for managing administration, coordinating & monitoring activities of branch in a compliant and desired manner. • Responsible to develop & grow relationships i.e. increase their market-share and branch net sales.• Conduct maximum training for distributor at product level and markets and IAP for investors.
