I would say, at the very core of it, my parents were instrumental in the dynamic career I have had the privilege to forge for myself. They instilled in me, from a young age, the love for reading and travel, and gave me the opportunity to stay in the finest hotels while on family vacations. They introduced me to a wide range of interests. Critically, I came to be fascinated with the world of top-flight hospitality -- and have made, warm & genuine hospitality, my life’s work.My philosophy in life and career is driven by three pillars - honesty, integrity and commitment.All in all, to me, the most important aspect of hospitality, rather service as a whole, is the facial expression one has when they are at the receiving end of it. A facial expression rarely lies. That, for me, is the key.The strategic, branding, marketing, financial, operational, personnel and development directions of a business, should all be collectively aligned, to achieve that one key goal.
