Business Process Consultant
Current- Oversee IT infrastructure and the service desk to improve run time of crucial business process related to daily supply plan- Support customers ensuring smooth deployment, providing them with solutions for ad-hoc critical issues.- Proactively communicate with IT development and business teams to deliver high quality testing services- Directly assist one of the critical customers in food and beverage industry ensuring coordination, effective communication and daily planning cycle on time.- Provide Technical Performance Optimization service and perform system analysis including Workload analysis, CPU usage, Memory utilization etc which helped one of the Energy and Utilities customer to improve the overall health of the system.- Help customers to generate Alerts and Charts in Integrated Business Planning dashboard through SAP Cloud Performance Integration tool using Data Mapping approach between two systems.- Deliver Onsite and Remote services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Mission Critical Support (escalations and task forces, MCS Backoffice) including Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/ Validation, Empowering trainings and workshops and Engineering Services.
