As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in People, Places, and Culture, I've navigated life's journey to foster holistic growth for individuals and the environment. Experienced as a communicator and storyteller, I've advised various Govt Departments, possessing a strong grasp of policy, governance and development.Currently, I am building Muttpackers, a bootstrapped startup focusing on unique experiential tourism products for the budget and semi-luxury segment. We actively seek consulting opportunities in business development, marketing, sales, and operations for emerging hospitality entrepreneurs, investors, and government tourism agencies. We are the first backpacker hostel in Odisha, aiming to create 200+ hostel/home-stay beds across the state by 2025. Our vision is to generate employment for local youth and women in the tourism sector and Promoting Indian history, heritage, culture, people and practices through hostels and homestays. We aim at creating more than 100 tourism professionals through our work from various background and skill sets by end of 2025. With a background in journalism and mass communication, I've worked extensively with international NGOs and government consulting firms such as E&Y, IPE global and IBI, gaining exposure to governance. A majority of my works has been focused on Urban Living Conditions with core expertise on sanitation & waste management before I moved my professional goals in Tourism. With Having traveled extensively in India, I have a keen interest in promoting and developing offbeat destinations which i am doing through various consulting opportunities.
