Sanitation Expert for Kumbh Mela 2019. Providing technical support to Prayagraj Mela Authority for arrangement and smooth functioning of Kumbh Mela 2019. My work includes ensuring open defecation free Kumbh in 2019 with smooth disposal of faecal sludge as well. In addition, I was overseeing the solid and liquid waste collection and management during the mela.Sanitation was the most ambitious project of the Kumbh in 2019. The work involved public procurement of around 400cr which was managed by me with vendor onboarding, contracting, audit ready documentation of complete procurement process.

I worked with Bakul Foundation as an consultant for UNICEF India and was looking after a major WASH and Child protection campaign in Puri, Odisha on the eve of Nabakalebara.The Nabakalebara is the biggest event that happens in Odisha. It is the changing of body (Naba-New and Kalevara- body) of Lord Jagannath, which happens every 12 to 19 years at the time of the Rath Yatra.
