Lead, manage, and direct the cross functional team to set up supply chain network for a green field plant in India while meeting timelines, cost, quality & safety targets.

Design and implement supply chain strategy for a green field project.Develop the Annual Operating Plan and Budget based on the business plan.Design application roadmap to implement transactional systems viz. ERP, Manufacturing Systems, decision support and optimization.

*Identify and lead critical improvement projects in the area of PPC and Inventory control.*Continously improve the Order management and Procurement process.*Responsible for monitoring and improving the KPIs in the area of Working Capital & Order management.*Mentor and support the Six sigma projects in Supply chain.

*Resource & Process Planning, Facility planning for Ontime Project Execution*Identifying deliverables and creating the work breakdown structure*Risk planning and developing the schedule*Track and maintain the budget / Project execution

*Management of preventive & predictive maintenance of machineries to ensure high uptime of Heavy equipment *Production In-charge of Crushing plant & Batching plant*Inventory management of spares for the equipments and plants.*Vendor management of critical spare suppliers.
