Over all 10+ years of experience in Aerospace and Rail domains. • Aerospace experience includes Aero structures design, tooling, Electrical Wiring Harness and Flight Test Instrumentation Manufacturing Process Planning for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Ascent Engineering, Triumph Aerostructures (Vought Aircraft Division) and Airbus. • Rail domain experience includes Electrical Wire Harness for Alstom.▪ Good understanding on vehicle layout and wire harness routing. ▪ Reverse Engineering of interior structural parts (Path Finder Project) for B777. ▪ Expertise in recreation of skin panels, stringers, spars etc., in CATIA V5 composites workbench. ▪ Hands on Experience in CATIA V5 (Part Modelling, Assembly, GSD, Composites, Electrical Harness and Drafting workbenches). ▪ Experience in ENOVIA Management includes creation and deletion of assemblies and ENOVIA attributes. Also aware of ENOVIA release process. ▪ Basic exposure to functional schematics using Mentor Graphics Capital.
