CurrentResponsibilities:• Involved in full Recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract C2C.• Internet Based Recruiting using Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Computer jobs and Career Builder.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Sourcing the profile from social sites like linked in, Google Groups.• Negotiating there… Show more Responsibilities:• Involved in full Recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract C2C.• Internet Based Recruiting using Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Computer jobs and Career Builder.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Sourcing the profile from social sites like linked in, Google Groups.• Negotiating there rates, conducting the interviews and placing the available resources in various technologies along with Obtaining purchase orders from the client., exchanging contracts, company information for billing purposes. • Sourcing excellent resumes within the turnaround time.• Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.• Maintaining resume database, updating and managing interviews schedules in Job diva. • Responsible for getting PO and Master agreements signed by vendors/ Clients.• Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.• Extensively marketed candidates who are on bench by posting their resumes on job boards, through personal network, and vendors list.• Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position. General administrative responsibilities as needed.• Maintaining consultant database individually depending on the technologies.• Coordinating with the consultants regarding telephonic Interviews, in person Interviews with the clients.
