 Trained for 6 months at Critical Rotary Equipment Group (CREG) followed by 6 months training as Field Maintenance Engineer Was part of Plant shut down jobs at Gas Oil Hydrogen Generation Unit (GOHDS), Continuous Catalytic Regeneration Unit (CCR) handling maintenance of both critical and stationary equipment jobs which held during 2nd quarter of 2016. In addition carried out Plant shut down jobs at Petro Fluid Catalytic Cracking (PFCC) held during 1st quarter of 2017 Handling Shut down jobs which included: Overhauling of critical equipment such as Recycle Gas Compressor, Reciprocating Gas Compressor, Centrifugal Air Compressor, Steam Turbines  Carrying out maintenance of equipment’s such as Heat exchangers, Heaters, Columns, Pumps, Blowers, Line modifications, Tagged jobs on Flow control valves, Gaskets, Safety valves and Filters Major overhauling of Rotary Screw Compressor, Steam Turbine Generator Periodic safety training on accidents and hazards that can occur at workplace in order to create more safer working environment Maintenance work included: Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff
