Assist clients in securing housing loans and built in operating credit line. The role involved meeting the customers seeking housing loans, primarily. This position involved; collecting all personal data, employment information, annual household income, expenditure, assess the net worth, equity built up, if any by way of savings, investments. Get a clear understanding of their liabilities. Diligently check their credit history using multiple resources, arrive at their credit worthiness and approve or decline their request. Cross sale other bank products without compromising any credit risk and bank's policies.

Diligently audit and approve payment of compensation to Sales Force People who book clients on various products and services of the Bank, primarily mortgages. 100% audit was expected in arriving at compensation requests from Sales Team, both on salaried, commissioned and also on guaranteed commission. Any short comings or erroneous claims were detected, reconciled and payment released.
