• Producing pre-qualification application with suitable commercial and technical documents to prove the eligibility with client for tender participation.• Supporting the Clients, PMC and Consultants for tender budget preparation with budget-tree quotations.• Submitting the quote as per tender, BOQ, DBR & Drawings received from client.• Cost Estimation as per contracts terms for Item rate, Lump-sum and Design build lump-sum projects.• Design verification and Quantity take off as per tender.• Enquiring and collecting rate from suppliers and contractors for preparation of OMC as per tender norms.• Preparing technical and commercial comparison statement to select competitive rate for OMC.• Interacting with suppliers for competitive offers as per tender requirements.• Attending the pre-bid meetings and negotiation meetings with Client / PMC.• Preparing detail engineering sheet to transfer the succeeded job to the planning control team.• Preparation of detail order sheet to transfer the succeeded job to the commercial team.PROJECTThe bellow projects were won by us as a successful bidder. • STT Global media Data center at Whitefield, Bangalore. 40,100 Sq.ft. • Interact with client and consultant for producing DBR and Tender drawing.• Preparation of Technical data sheet for approval.• Review the tender drawing and finalize the scheme as per requirement. • Submitting the quote as per tender, BOQ, DBR & Drawings received from client.• Enquiring and collecting rate from suppliers and contractors.• Preparing the technical and commercial comparison statement to finalize the vendor / suppliers.• Find out the billing value as per flow of project with shop drawing and other changes happening at site to ensure the budget.• Quantifying the completion of work to raise invoice to client and certify vendor’s bill as per drawing and specifications.• Interacting with Client / PMC for certification of measurement and preparation of invoices.PROJECTThese below projects are handled as Quantity Surveyor (Pre Tendering and Post Tendering) Title : Honeywell Happy campus -2, Madurai. Title : RMZ Eco world C7, Bangalore. Client : RMZ Total capacity : 2000TR Description : It is 15 floor commercial building mounted in Rmz Ecoworld C3 IT Park at Bangalore. In this project our scope are high end areas of the plant, all floor toilets and lift lobby air conditioning. Title : Van gouge garden, Bangalore. Client : Total environment solutions Total capacity : 200 TR Description : It is a residential apartment. In this project hot well cold well system is followed for varying load. Heat exchanger is used to replace the cooling tower. Other circuit of the cooling tower is connected with swimming pool.Title : NRN, Bangalore. Client : NRN Holding Pvt Ltd Total capacity : 200 TR Description : It is 12 floor commercial building. Self designed perforated diffusers were proposed for open false ceiling areas. The by product of heat pump also added for chilled water supply. AMS and VAV diffusers are used to achieve designed air flow.
