I am a Solution Architect with 14 years of work experience in Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform. As part of the Modern Workplace practice in Cognizant, I have worked with customers from large organisations and various industry domains helping them with their transformational journey. Throughout my IT experience I have been consulting with the customers directly that has helped me gain a first-hand knowledge of their requirements and cultivate a customer-centric outlook to their challenges.I have a strong experience in translating customer requirements into suitable solutions built on the M365 platform. I am enthusiastic about leading customers into adopting latest technologies and create a truly modern workplace experience for their employees. I have been part of projects that involve - content migration from legacy systems to SPO, implementation of Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Information Governance using sensitivity labels and retention label policies, and transformation of existing business processes using Power Platform and Azure services. I am currently working with a UK based financial regulator where I am engaged in the rollout of Teams Channels with the right governance and compliance.I am both, an individual contributor as well as an effective team leader.
