I have over 2.5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, encompassing both manual and automated testing. To work in a progressive organization, that gives me scope to apply my knowledge and skills, to be a part of a team that dynamically works towards growth of the organization. My expertise lies in Test planning, Testcase preparation, and Test environment setup. In my role, I execute Feature, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Performance, and Automation tests, and report bugs using Azure DevOps. I possess proficiency in designing and monitoring CI/CD pipelines, efficiently resolving code conflicts. I troubleshoot and promptly determine root causes for production issues.My commitment extends to preparing comprehensive documentation for customers, providing insights into feature functionality and the deployment process, and demonstrating a dedication to quality assurance and effective communication. Additionally, I had the opportunity to step into the developer position, where I utilized the opportunity to help the team resolve production bugs and contribute to feature enhancements. This experience significantly improved my coding skills.
