First point of contact for the walk in customers  Handling all deliverables - Instant Account opening Kits, Debit card, Cheque books, Welcome kit of accounts opened in Branch. Responsible for attending customer query and complaint in the branch and resolving them within stipulated TAT. Responsible for generating morning reports and filing them after getting reviewed by the Branch Manager Managing operations like Account opening – SB/Current account, Bank deposits and Lockers. Regular tracking of cash levels of customer and review of Branch Journal reports for checking fraudulent activities Responsible for processing all customer Instructions pertaining to SB/CA accounts and Fixed deposit after checking all the particulars with due diligence Responsible for maintaining customer relationship and acquiring customer through customer referrals. Generating Leads through them and turning the leads to prospects. Handling branch locker operations - Issue of new lockers to customers, locker key custodian.

 Investment Advisor for HNI and Retail online clients. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationship. Responsible for advising clients on investment strategies based on specific understanding of their risk appetite and investment needs Devised investment and trading strategies using a combination of Equity, Derivative instruments and Mutual funds by analyzing the different instruments and studying the domestic and international financial markets. Monitored clients’ margin levels through MIS and advised them to take positions accordingly. Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on client margin level and their available funds to the respective clients. Generating financial statements – Profit and loss, Statement of holdings as and when required by the clients using different reporting tools such as excel and internal software. Regular tracking of the volume margin trades of clients and reporting the additional funds required for the safeguard of derivatives position. Responsible for monitoring Pay in and Pay out of clients funds and kept the track of available funds for trading purpose. Responsible for volume generation and brokerage through clients. Generating volume sheets and brokerage sheets of each client and reporting the data on daily basis to senior management.
