• Prioritizing daily Key and Asian clients payments, as well as receiving the funds from different counterparties.• Assisting call back procedures, create/modify/duplicate SSI details by coordinating with the Internal team.• Training new joiners on process and helping them on daily BAU.• Ensure adherence to all service level commitments, process controls, and escalation policies.• This role will manage reconciling, fail trades and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.• These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action.• Managing Equities/Bonds daily BAU.• Active in daily SOD and EOD hurdles, preparing and sending reports to the management on Cash breaks and XN’s.• Preparing and sending claim letters to counterparties also chasing them for the payments as per the SLA for loan files.• Making payments to counterparties as per their SSI details based on claim letters for borrowing lines.• Meeting SLA by resolving cash breaks on date +10 basis and making the team to achieve the same and helping them to clear the cash breaks.• Liaise with all units and departments relating and impacting clients on Corporate Actions.• Researches and resolves all discrepancies within department standards.
