• To produce good quality quotations using the standard format and within the agreed deadlines of market.• To be able to advise the client of the most suitable options for their trips.• To ensure that all services are booked well in advance of the date of trips.• To log all new requests and follow-ups.• To maintain close communication with the relevant clients and drivers during the trips.• To offer the clients as many additional services as possible in order to increase the income per group• To respond to complaints within 24 hrs and ensure it is fully resolved.• To identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures.• To reach the targets and goals set for your area• Building and maintaining good relationship with clients and cab drivers.• Training of drivers on usage of mobile application.• Checking of clients daily updates and travel route.• Assigning drivers based on their availability.• Monitoring of trip after assigning till end and solving issues in between.• Checking trip reports and see if any manipulation has happened through Backend App.• Training and development of junior associate.

• To Respond to inquiries about products and services via chat• To process payments or performing general account maintenance• To Up-sell customers to new products or services.• Ensure Customer satisfaction.• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.• Processing and logging incoming mails into CRM system.• Identifying customer needs.• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.• Providing outstanding customer service.• Updating customer information as required.• Maintaining confidentiality of information.• Performing other duties as the need arises.
