To develop and manage supply base for various commodities (Casting, Machining), Supplier Selection risk assessments, drive sample part development projects, Inspection & Witness of the parts, manage supplier performance – Quality& Delivery, drive supplier improvement programs, Support sourcing projects.

Prepare production part approval process documents and ensure it'smanaged as per standard.Following the Internal and External Customers and Customer complainthandling using quality tools.Conduct R&R study to verify statusConduct SPC studies.Supervising of in process, final and outsourcing components.Daily monitoring of quality records and document them as per standard.Improve and implementation of QMS policy and 5S from Currentorganization.Advise the production team improve quality parameters and conduct the training programs from production and Quality teams.
