Fixing electronics has been my passion since I was a teenager. Since 2001 I've been tinkering with computers and have done several fixes for friends and family.What started as a free service to senior citizens in 2016, turned into a full fledged business. I was the point of contact for any computer related issue for a community of 4000 families.Over the last many years, I've fixed more than 450 laptops including hardware upgrades.

My strengths lie primarily in research and strategy. I work with the Sales team and Partnerships team in identifying key players to partner with.A brief on my current role is as follows- Research demand side of the market to identify key industries and players prime for adoption of carbon credits thru the Digital Carbon Market (DCM)- Develop sales strategies for various geographies and industries in conjunction with inputs from other team members- Identify prospects and build the pipeline of customers for the Sales Account Executive (SAE) to reach out to and provide support- Research supply side of the market and identify project developers and registries to partner with- Look into the VCM, DCM and identify key announcements for the marketing team to highlight in weekly / monthly newsletter- Look into research publications where KlimaDAO / Carbonmark has been prominently mentioned, for marketing to promote the role we play in the adoption of DCM

Enabling companies and organizations go carbon neutralAs a research analyst, my role includes1. Research the carbon markets to identify potential companies who can partner with KlimaDAO for offsetting their carbon footprint using digital carbon.2. Provide inputs to various teams to develop growth strategies.3. Performing emissions analysis of various web3 protocols to calculate their historic ethereum emissions.

As a contributor at KlimaDAO I had 2 primary tasks.1. Work with the marketing team in developing content (blog posts, tweets..etc) on KlimaDAO protocol, regenerative finance fundamentals, carbon markets, carbon footprint of various blockchains etc.2. Research the carbon markets to develop insights into registries, digital carbon pools and other relevant blockchain protocols.

I primarily handle teams in Engineering & IT in India, UK & USA and provide guidance on methods to improve the efficiency and time of closure. I like to work hands on in recruitment and am always into niche roles in select technologies in the software industry.Looking into new methodologies for recruitment, and implementing the same across various teams at Expertiz, is something that I'm adept at. Besides managing teams, I also work on client acquisition, business development and develop growth strategies for ExpertizAs a manager, some of the things I focus on are as follows:1 Implement a hybrid mix of process driven methodology (research based) and experimental strategies (innovative search ideas)2 Come up with new strategies to maintain high interest levels among recruiters for roles which require continuous long term efforts (continuous hiring, niche roles..etc)3 Encourage new ideas, strategies which help the team in exceeding targets and deliverables.4 Constantly seek information from my team on high caliber companies, candidates, recruitment tools and any information which helps us grow.My recruitment philosophy is as follows:1. Research, study and understand every aspect of the role: technology, skills, product, company, market2. Competitive mapping to identify target companies with similar teams, which match the current requirement in every aspect: quality, budget, skills, type of company3. Powerful search mechanisms to identify candidates, besides traditional methods (CV database, LinkedIn search): Boolean String Searches, X-Ray searching using Google..etc.4. Filter and identify high caliber candidates based on pedigree, quality of work, contributions outside work.etc.: open-source development, online portfolios, coding from scratch, technical blogs, coding contests, hackathons.. etc5. Reach out to candidates using every means possible

Worked on the verification of high speed digital blocks for 65nm and 45nm FPGAs. More specifically, worked on a reconfiguration port which is used to delay the signal wrt clock. The port also presents novel ways to perform mathematical operations of fixed delay values and add the same to the input signal

Worked on some high frequency and very low power mixed signal circuits. Notably, a 10 bit serializer for HDMI (1.7 GHz), Crystal Oscillator for a real-time clock and charge pump for PLL.

Designed IO libraries for multiple JEDEC standards. Characterized the design of a 14 bit, 180 Msps, current steering DAC by implementing circuit based test setups in Verilog A (for automation).

Designed analog / mixed-signal circuits for CMOS Image Sensors. Notably, Variable Gain Amplifier, Power on Reset and analog buffers.Also laid out several analog / mixed-signal blocks and contributed substantially in the layout / tape out of 4 chips, including ownership of 1 tape out.
