Education is a very powerful tool that helps us make our world a more empathetic, kind, purposeful, loving, and fulfilling place. I am actively looking for opportunities to solve complex, challenging and impactful problems in this educationAs a hands-on CEO, I have worked in all areas of running an organization from financial planning to operations. I love making things happen, building teams and problem solving in general. I am an learner at heart. I have very little in terms of certifications or degree in the field, I am well-read about the domain. I have created curricula, learning materials, tools, whitepapers and frameworks for other educators. I have applied and developed these using a variety of models available for learning. I have directly worked with over 5000 learners personally and over 15000 through Cilre. Here is a bit of history into my journey: Have you ever felt a Eureka moment when something makes sense? It was one such moment that led me into my journey into educationIf you got a chance to talk to people who knew me from my school times, they would say differently. A lot of them would say, I was always inclined to teach others. But it was not until that moment, I realized that learning could become more than something I can do - that something I needed to do. Still, it was not enough for me to make a career change from a software engineer. After all, it was a job I was able to do well and I was very comfortable doingIt was not until I got an option to work with a friend on a hobby project conducting workshops for children, I found the courage to leave a cushy job and take a leap of faith. Though that particular association did not prove fruitful, the last few years as an educator have been nothing less than exceptional. When I am not obsessing over learning, I am either sleeping, watching TV or sorting my stationery cupboard
