I am AnanthKumar Vepada, a dedicated Dairy Technology professional with 3.6 years of experience in SCADA systems, utilities management, and manpower oversight. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Food Science and Technology, my goal is to leverage my skills in process optimization and quality enhancement within the dairy industry. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology from the College of Dairy Technology, SVVU Tirupati, India. In my previous role as a Jr.Manager at Sangam Milk Producers Pvt Ltd, I managed SCADA systems and optimized dairy production processes for efficiency and quality control. I also played a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, hygiene, and housekeeping, while effectively planning and allocating manpower. Through my internships at Vijaya Dairy and Heritage Foods Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the dairy industry, including raw product sampling, chemical and microbiological testing, and bulk milk packaging systems. I am proficient in using milk processing equipment such as pasteurizers and homogenizers. Apart from my technical skills, I am well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. In addition to my professional achievements, I have actively participated in intercollegiate sports, games, and cultural events, winning prizes in creative arts and college-level games. I have also contributed to the community through voluntary blood donation campaigns and my role as the food committee head for two years in the National Service Scheme (NSS).
