Currently pursuing a master's degree in Food Science and Technology, my goal is to leverage my skills in process optimization and quality enhancement within the dairy industry. Through my internships at Vijaya Dairy and Heritage Foods Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the dairy industry, including raw product sampling, chemical and microbiological testing, and bulk milk packaging systems. I have also contributed to the community through voluntary blood donation campaigns and my role as the food committee head for two years in the National Service Scheme (NSS).
