Census 2020 (United States Census Bureau) - Spearheading the enterprise testing efforts for various projects within the Enterprise Testing Services Branch (ETSB), encompassing project planning, management, coordination, and implementation based on customer’s information system requirements- Creation of appropriate system testing strategies, plans, and/or scenarios- Preparation of project plans and testing schedules, while keeping track of the delivery against approved estimates to ensure on-time and on-budget programs and projects- Active involvement in generating, monitoring, and adjusting project schedules during planning and implementation phases- Identification, mitigation, and coordination of risks, complex issues, and costs across the organization in line with schedule and scope- Hands-on support to test leads in executing technical activities, setting priorities, and eliminating impediments to maximize their performance and drive seamless workflow- Administration of multiple stakeholders to address program requirements, agendas, and inquiries, as well as to maintain consistent team communication- Submission of weekly and monthly comprehensive program reviews to the executive leadership- Proactive interaction with team members, development teams, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to convey project status as well as to collect test requirements and limitations- Keeping the managers and executives informed of program’s plans and progress, along with findings and recommendations through briefings and report submissions

CPC (Center Medicare & Medicaid Services)- Oversight of a $1M testing program for Centers Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under Health and Human Services (HHSs)- Evaluation of direct reports performance, along with in-depth analyses of program data, requirements, and impacts- Accountability in devising project plans, organizing testing schedules; tracking delivery against approved estimates; and driving on-budget and on-time delivery of projects and programs- Attainment of program mission by instituting and implementing operating methods and procedures; as well as financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, assessing variances, and executing corrective actions- Assessment of client initiatives in accordance with IT and corporate policies and procedures- Working closely with other team leads, external subject matter experts, and the management in defining release schedules and testing expectations, as well as delivering accurate reproduction of the current production system- Communication with the government program manager on daily strategic planning and solutions implementation, as well as with stakeholders and organizational executives on the business value of testing- Presiding over meetings with service managers and executives to present program’s overall goals and objectives- Provision of leadership to 10 multidisciplinary technical and business resources and subcontractors in troubleshooting technical, administrative, and other issues during project testing

FPS (Center Medicare & Medicaid Services)- Strategic direction and mentorship of over 10 FTEs and contractors, while maintaining efficient coordination across the teams- Consultative support to other specialists on technical issues, diagnostic methods, and potential solutions to programs- Facilitation of daily scrum sessions with multiple teams for the planning of day’s work and identification of y blockers- Driving force behind the successful completion of 8 releases and 48 sprints within 24 months through hands-on management of the test teams- Identification and resolution of risks and complex issues impacting program schedule and scope to be relayed across all levels of the organization
