• Support the Resourcing BP’s by managing transactions within the Resourcing processes• Facilitate Internal hiring transactions by ensuring process compliance & EXX• Providing support across the interview scheduling part of the resourcing process• Working closely with the wider resourcing team, hiring managers and internal/external candidates• Responsible for coordinating interview availability, confirming schedules and appropriate materials with hiring managers/candidates• Feedback management to candidates and ensure CX• Update SSF at each stage of process• Ensuring effective resourcing delivery is within the agreed SLA’s

• Source, screen, and assess a high volume of quality candidates to exceed the client’s needs & expectations: Both IT & Non IT• CRM Software for reaching out to the candidates with relevant skills,educational qualifications, location, and various other parameters decided by the hiring manager• Maintaining a pool of candidates database with the use of X-Ray Search and Boolean Search• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards• Consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements• Prompt response to queries from internal or external stakeholders• Cross-training with different teams learning their process tools, software & how the same can be used to improve our process• Idea Generation Activity-Monthly connects with the team, introspecting what problems we are facing as a team and what will be the possible solution for the same• As a team, we created a Standard Operating procedure that would help new hires to understand & learn about the process• Training new hires & giving buddy up for the whole process• Sending daily reports to the client.
