Audiconsulte is a member firm of RSM (global organization of independent professional services firms). I supervise a team of four colleagues in providing accounting and consulting services. In addition I am also responsible for the accounting of some enterprises and tax representations (certified accountant); and for the execution of special tasks like: tax due diligence reports, reporting , tax compliance, limited assurance and transfer pricing reports.

Performed the role of CEO and CFO of the company in Angola. Vista Water is a company of the Mota- Engil group, which provides consulting services and implements projects in the areas of ​​ the supply, treatment and distribution of water. These roles included from the representation of the company before the official authorities, other enterprises and institutions to the running of the day-to-day activity of the business. I was also responsible for the accounts and for the reporting to the board and directors in Portugal.

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer: ESA - Engineering services Angola, L.da a civil construction and public works’ company that also explores quarrys and commercializes the aggregates; WTL - World Transportes e Logística, L.da a company that transports 20 and 40" containers, with a fleet of more than 300 trucks; SPRN - projectos Industriais, L.da this company sells, repairs and does maintenance to power generators.

Performed the role of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of three companies of the Monteadriano Group – Monteadriano Agregados de Angola, Lda (a company that dedicates itself to exploring quarrys and selling the produced aggregates; as well as the washing and extraction of sand, producing and applying concrete and paving); Resurb (a company that collects, treats/destroys and transports to final deposits the urban waste) and Ecovisão (a company that develops projects in areas such as safety at work, quality and organizational procedures as well as environment and ecotourism). In addition, I was also Controller (responsible for the management control) of these 3 companies and of Monteadriano Engenharia & Construção (a civil construction and public works’ company). I was part of the team responsible for adapting the SAP (the ERP of the companies) to the Angolan reality (mainly in terms of taxes and other mandatory requirements). Then I followed up its implementation in Angola, initially only the financial modules and later on, the human resources and logistics modules.

As a worker of Sociedade de Empreitadas Adriano, I was the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in an EIG of 3 Portuguese companies (Sociedade de Empreitadas Adriano, Jaime Ribeiro e Conduril) in Morocco. I was involved in the establishment of the Moroccan branch of the ACE; both institutionally and physically. Once it started operating, I took over the finance, accounts and fiscal areas, cost control and human resources. During the exercise of my duties, I had the support of an external consultancy company.

Alpha Telecom was, at that time, the leading company in the market of prepaid residential accounts in the United Kingdom. My initial functions involved the set up of the office; drafting of contracts for the different supplies and conception of internal procedures. Control of the office budget and human resources management. I was simultaneously in charge of the logistics management of telephone cards, from its printing, activation, up to its de-codification, as well as for the contact with the agents in the United Kingdom. After the purchase of Alpha Telecom by Tele2 (a pan-European company of reference in the telecommunications market) and within the framework of the restructure I took over the functions of Marketing Coordinator, reporting directly to the Marketing and Business Development Director, having as main tasks the research for new markets and its subsequent monitoring and results’ analysis. I was also in charge of the coordination of the areas of pricing, web development, customer service and advertising; besides the management of the Marketing budget and monthly update of projections (analysis of financial reports and strategic decision-making).

In charge of the management of the civil construction company “Construcções Silva, SA”, compiling the weekly report of all the activities carried out for the headquarters in Portugal. I was also charged with negotiating with suppliers, subcontractors and clients (payment conditions; delivery of materials, guarantees and deadlines); negotiating with banks (interest rates, credit, warrants, leasings); budget control; human resources management and representation of the company before the official authorities, other enterprises and institutions.I was also the accountant of the company.

Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of the civil construction company “Norlabor – Sociedade de Prestação de Serviços, SA”, with the functions of coordinator of the accounts department, costs and cash control; as well as serving as link between the administrative and productive sectors, reporting directly to the Administration. I was also in charge of analyzing economic indicators, suggesting solutions for possible detours; as well as for the drafting and presentation of a weekly/monthly activity report to the administration.
