Leading the non-customer dependent breach charter for the grocery supply chain across 31 warehouses and 200+ delivery hubs and end-to-end operations for the East zone across 10 warehouses.- Reduced RTOs by improving reporting of fake marking by delivery executives, identification and blocking of resellers/fraudulent customers & improved handling for expired/damaged products.- Stabilised operations for two new Grocery through Non Large (GTNL) warehouses in Guwahati and Patna.
