I am a Senior Manager at TVS Motor Company, leading the strategy and planning for international business products and marketing in various emerging markets. I have a MBA degree in Strategy and Operations from the prestigious Indian School of Business, where I gained valuable insights and skills in business analysis, problem solving, and decision making.Before joining TVS, I worked at Vedanta Resources for over three years, where I progressed from an Operations Manager to a Lead Import Buyer and a Lead P2P Automation. I was responsible for the daily operations of a 1740 MW power plant, the raw material, spares and consumables imports, and the procure to pay automation process. I was recognized and awarded as a Technical Star and a Diversity Leader for my consistent excellent performance, quality improvement, and team leadership. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.I am passionate about finding innovative and sustainable solutions for the global challenges in the automotive industry.
