I am a student at the University of Kansas majoring in English and minoring in communication and sociology studies and am expected to graduate in the Spring of 2024. Keeping an open and ambiguous mind while being presented with a story or issue is one of my strengths and has helped me become a skilled critical thinker and problem solver. I am able to observe many angles of a situation and interpret them in various ways. Studying English has also greatly improved my writing skills. I can confidently write a correctly-formatted paper, provide detailed responses to questions, and professionally write emails and letters to my higher-ups because of this. I have a lot of experience in customer service as I have worked a variety of restaurant jobs with varying levels of standards and expectations.
