I am an accomplished, proven marketing leader steeped in influencing consumer behavior for Latin American markets. I have more than 20 years of experience creating conditions to spur sales, launching new offerings, and transforming existing businesses, notably for retail and IT industries. I have worked on creative campaigns and business strategies for iconic brands such as Dell, Intel, Microsoft, Google, BIC, Electrolux and others.I currently am Customer Success Director for Vision Group / Coca-Cola Division. Vision Group provides advanced image recognition and Internet of Things (IOT) solutions that digitize physical retail environments to enable CPG brands and retailers to measure, analyze and optimize how their products and promotions perform in real time. Regarding my background in Brazil, after several years of successful creative and account management roles, I became the country’s first female to lead a multi-national agency, MARCO Marketing, one of the most influential marketing firms in Latin America. I have led development of marketing campaigns, created new business models, and elevated customer experience throughout the region. I am a strong manager who inspires people to bring their best. I have cultivated the Brazilian marketing community as a board member of the promotional marketing association Associação De Marketing Promocional (AMPRO). In this role, I have worked on projects and helped create standards for agencies regarding ethics and pricing. As president of the Trade Marketing Committee, I influenced the outcome of the Brazilian Outsourcing Law by educating legislators on the detrimental results this law could have had on Brazilian marketing firms. I have championed the role of women in marketing and leadership as director of AMPRO’s Women Empowerment Committee and participated in the launch of a women's leadership course along with FGV Fundação Getúlio Vargas University.I am known for always being curious, having a global perspective, a creative thinker, tech-savvy, and thriving in fast-paced environment.
