Policy analysis, research & literature review for the Development Policy Loan to strengthen social resilience to climate change in Mexico, on the following areas: vulnerability to climate change and adaptation strategies, sustainable local development, disaster risk management, social impacts of climate change. 2. Held meetings with Government officials to identify key policy challenges and opportunities to reduce poverty and social vulnerability.3. Supported a technical assistance project to strengthen sustainable development in rural municipalities, adopting the Natural Step framework through participatory workshops.

1. Analyzed impact and performance assessments; designed and implemented the work plan to improve Habitat’s design and operation.2. Represented the Program on Sustainable Development initiatives and workshops, led the design of an action plan to incorporate sustainability principles within the Secretariat, and trained personnel on this subject.3.
