• Reduced by 40% the order registration time in the system. I was part of the team that developed and implemented new procedures for the raw materials reception process and entry of invoices in the system.
• Led the replacement plan for jugs in 2 plants. More than 80,000 PC / PVC jugs were changed for PET ones. The previous ones were moved to the other plants.
• Achieved total warranty in jug coverage of one day of inventory in 24 plants and 25 distribution centers, with an improvement of 60% on the jugs delivery process.

• Analysis and interpretation of monthly results, delivering a P&L by region, crop and a global one.
• Developing commercial budget and forecast.
• Design pricing models to establish sales prices per season.
• Evaluated changes in monthly profits as a result of volume variations, product mix, exchange rate effects, etc.Accomplishments
• Collaborated in the implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning, a platform that helped reduce time and errors in the elaboration of monthly P&L, replacing Excel files.
• Received recognition for my contribution in the elaboration of 2011 budget.
