Customer Relationship: - Managing customer service. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. - Participating in technical events and providing detailed explanations about the technologies commercialized.4. Export Processes: - Managing the entire export process, including preparing quotations, sending necessary documentation, overseeing the loading of shipments, monitoring the vessel's journey, ensuring timely arrival at the customer's location, and assisting customers with the clearance of the cargo.5. Strategic Planning: - Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share in international markets.Involved in a comprehensive approach to managing and growing the export business, from the initial portfolio creation to the final delivery and customer satisfaction.
