I am currently responsible for coordinating and executing the Black Jaguar Foundation's online and offline communication strategies.

CASAN is a brazilian public company responsible for providing treated water and sanitation services. In theCustomer Relationship department, I was responsible for managing the various communication channels(Contact us, Instagram, Facebook, Apps) and implement strategies to improve the service for the users.

As a Content Analyst, I was responsible for creating strategies and content (e-books, quizzes, infographics, flowcharts, among others) in the different stages of the leads' purchase journey.I was also responsible for:- Landing page, email marketing and transactional email copywriting.- Plan content and write weekly blogposts for the agency's website.

As a Social Media Specialist, I was responsible for creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and clients' blogs in the areas of education, finance, civil construction, private pension, among others.I also developed the strategy and copywriting of the first Inbound Marketing project carried out by the agency, with the creation of communication rules, content for the different stages of the funnel, landing pages, email marketing, transactional emails, etc

In a selection process with more than 12 thousand subscribers, I was selected to be a journalism trainee at the largest newspaper in Brazil, Folha de S. Paulo.

RBS TV was an affiliate of Rede Globo, the largest broadcaster in Brazil. As a Content Assistant, I was responsible for creating content on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), updating the website's homepage. I also assisted in the production of programs, among other activities.
