Since I began managing the daily operations at Fundação St. Paul's in 2018, I have successfully grown the Scholarship Program from its startup phase to supporting 28 scholars. My role encompasses multiple aspects, with a primary focus on coordinating relationships between Fundação St. Paul's and its key stakeholders, including the general public, scholarship candidates and their families, current St. Paul's School families, donors, suppliers, service providers, and partner organizations.I develop and implement communication strategies and multimedia content in both Portuguese and English across all institutional channels (website, newsletter, social media), overseeing the work of our contracted content agency. I recently developed an omnichannel branding strategy and tagline -- "A World of Oppportunities" -- which renewed our KV, social media approach and newsletter for all the different audiences. I also coordinate the operational routines of the Scholarship Program and the entire annual selection process, which spans 18 months. In addition, I provide ongoing support to the assisted families, directing them to relevant support services and managing the people involved in the Foundation's operations. I maintain direct contact and alignment with the C-Level executives of Fundação St. Paul's and the Executive Leadership of St. Paul's School. Furthermore, I manage the institution's database and oversee its administrative and financial affairs.

The project allows me to develop news articles, live interviews and original bilingual (POR-ENG) content about coffee and food to the social media-based channel De Pratos a Prosas and other editorial companies as a freelancer. As a professional barista, I also freelance in specialty coffee focused coffee shops and lead workshops about the coffee value chain and quality in coffee.

Based in São Paulo, Brazil, I write articles for Perfect Daily Grind in English and also translate pieces to Portuguese, to be published on PDG Brasil.

Structuring and implementing of the Higher Education Office at the study agency and sales team training. Analysis and targeting of students and institutions in order to provide the most reliable products for the clients; direct contact and often training sessions with universities and other partners in Brazil and abroad; assistance in admission procedures and required documents; creation and updating of training material for the sales team -- the main project in this area was a database I've developed with detailed information on the top tertiary education programs offered at one of the agency's key destinations. Workflows creation and updating for different destinations; maintenance of KPIs; implementation of process and / or system improvements related to HE products.

The activities were focused on researching, creating, reviewing and translating content in English and Spanish related to audiovisual entertainment content. Skills also included monitoring and editing schedules of national and international TV channels, as well as project development, reporting and process mapping. Frequent interaction and training with Gracenote and Nielsen international office teams.

The coordination of journalistic content produced by affiliate stations for the Head Station has a goal to access the most important news of the country and broadcasting real-time content. The activities included reception ordering and content sharing; affiliate station staff training; creation of daily reports on all the pieces shared for and through the Offices; development of Special Shows pitches and stories; video and text editing; production and coordination of live broadcasts; assistance to news reporting.
