Joining Gpad in March 2017 as an architect, Ana has been working on a number of high profile commercial projects. Ana’s key projects are Dalston Lane and Clerkenwell Green, both in prominent locations in Central London. - Client facing- Coordination with main contractor and other consultants & specialists- Feasibility studies- Concept design & development- Planning applications- Drawings: from initial freehand sketches to detailed design & construction drawings- Site visits: from initial appraisal to construction- Manage day to day operational aspects of the projects

Architect on large high-end residential new buildings and Mixed - Use projects. The key project is Teddington project with 210 flats in London.- Concept design & development- Planning applications & Building Control- Preparation of tenders & analysis of submissions- Detailed design & construction drawings- Coordination with consultants- Interior design, finishes selection & joinery design

- Involved in the design of extension houses. - Primary duties included Model Making, 2D & 3D CAD drawings, 3D visualizations.- Understanding of local planning policies- Preparation of sketch scheme for residential extensions- Model making

- Elaboration a catalogue with the protected buildings in Vila-real.- Assist designing a park in the city and the plans for the building permit- Organization the conference: “¿Cómo piensan la ciudad los jóvenes técnicos urbanistas de Vila-real?”

- Collaboration in different projects making 3D digital models, drawing in AutoCad and assist in design. - De kleine Zavel: a competition with social housing and a school (first prize)- Zorg Campus: a competition of a care building for elderly people. - Pavilion Fintro; small extension of a bank (plans for the building permit)- Hogeweg: a project of a social housing with an existing facade of an old factory (making constructive details mainly)

- Site visits, drawing in AutoCAD different plans, assist in the design and plans for the building permit.
