As Telvent CFO, I actively participated and successfully achieved the IPO in the Nasdaq market in 2004, including preparing the equity story and the prospectus, converting F/S to US GAAP, coordinating the underwriters and conducting the roadshow.

Responsible for the consolidated financial statements of the group, the audit process and the relationship with the Audit Committee. I managed the audit work and coordinated the completion process of the Annual Report.

Acting as a junior auditor for two years and senior auditor afterwards, I participate in auditing and due diligence process in a wide range of companies, because of different size, business and processes. I acquired a strong accounting expertise in different sectors.
